ETRO Home Interiors unveils its world at the 64th edition of Salone del Mobile, from April 21 to 26, with a 200-square-metre exhibition space in Hall 13. Conceived as a multifaceted environment, the stand features two living areas, a dining room, a home office and a bedroom, offering an immersive journey that reflects the brand’s ever-evolving vision. Through a curated dialogue between iconic pieces, reinterpretations and new designs, the space becomes a setting for the presentation of the new Etro Ornamenta collection.

Etro Ornamenta marks the brand’s latest creative exploration, drawing inspiration from the cultural legacy of Art Deco. Its rigorous geometry, rich ornamentation and cosmopolitan spirit are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, transforming an iconic visual heritage into a modern design language. Guided by ETRO’s distinctive cultural approach—eclectic by nature and deeply rooted in the world of art—the collection unfolds through a measured yet exploratory research, shaped by contrasts between past and present, restraint and maximalism.

This dialogue of opposites finds one of its most expressive interpretations across the different areas of the stand, where geometric precision meets soft, enveloping forms. Structured Art Deco influences intertwine with more fluid floral motifs, creating a sophisticated visual rhythm. Decoration plays a central role, moving beyond mere embellishment to become an integral element of the design.

In the living area, the new Caresse line stands out for its retro spirit and timeless appeal. The capitonné technique is reimagined as a soft, quilted layer that envelops sofas, armchairs and dormeuses, enhancing depth, softness and tactile richness while conveying a sense of refined elegance. Also in the living room, the Opus line further explores capitonné, with modern volumes and refined detailing. A bolster cushion defines both the armrests and the backrest, while braided piping along the sides and a delicate tassel introduce movement and a touch of sophisticated elegance.

Materials further articulate the collection’s character through a rich palette of noble elements, including stone, metals and rare woods, combined with bold chromatic contrasts and patterns such as stripes and florals. This interplay evokes a sense of timeless opulence and emotional storytelling, while couture detailing, prestigious finishes, and artisanal savoir-faire elevate each piece into a lasting expression of craftsmanship and narrative depth.
