FLOOR PLAN DESIGN

The Floor Plan Design phase translates the creative concept into a functional and spatial layout, defining the project’s architectural framework with precision and coherence. This step involves the configuration of spaces according to ergonomic principles, circulation flow, and client-specific needs, ensuring an optimal balance between aesthetic composition and practical usability. 

Our design team develops scaled 2D plans that integrate fixed elements, custom-made furniture positioning, and key architectural features. Special attention is given to spatial hierarchy, proportions, and the relationship between materials and natural light.

The floor plan serves as a master reference for all subsequent design detailing, enabling seamless coordination between design intent, technical development, and on-site execution.
