Jumbo Collection presents the new collection 'Sculpting Time' at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2025

An ode to decorative art that reinterprets the elegance of traditional craftsmanship with contemporary sensitivity. This is the essence of Sculpting Time, the new collection presented by Jumbo Collection at the Salone del Mobile.Milano, with a special installation that includes two living rooms, a dining room, a bedroom and a lounge area.

The collection renews and enhances French decorative tradition, in a perfect balance between artistry, innovation and the search for beauty. Sculpting Time tells a story that starts from classicism, giving new life and meaning to an artistic heritage that never ceases to inspire. A distinctive element of the furniture line is the presence of carved medallions and gypsum ornaments inspired by the most famous museums. With its powerful evocative charge, Sculpting Time is based on the union between sculpture, an art that crystallises and immortalises the moment, and the concept of time, which by its very nature is constantly progressing and evolving. A sophisticated colour palette, in which fine wood essences interact with the gold of the finishes and the white of the marble, creates a refined harmony of colours and materials.

The key themes of the collection emerge in the main living area. The Médaillon line of furniture, made of American walnut with radial inlay and antique gold base, is distinguished by the central lacquered medallion with a chalk effect. The Namibia marble top, the sunburst inlay and the finely carved upper edge with a gold finish add a touch of luxury. The Idylle sideboard, an evolution of the Brocart line, features a laser-engraved gold finish that reveals a lithograph of a landscape in bright, warm tones. The American walnut interior contrasts with the exterior, while the classically carved base with antiqued gold leaf finish emphasises the timeless luxury of the piece.

In the centre of the composition, the upholstered furniture: the Grand Armée sofa is presented in a new version without fringes, with a suspended base and turned wooden feet. Opposite, the Crystal sofa, upholstered in velvet and damask fabric, expresses a sophisticated elegance. To complete the room, the Fuji and Crystal coffee tables and the two Dame armchairs, with gold leaf finish, are proposed with a new upholstery.

In the dining room, the focal point is the Apollon oval table, enhanced by a top with polychrome marble inlay, carved bases with a walnut and gold finish and carved wooden edging. To complete the look, the elegant Guirlande sideboard is made of dark stained maple wood, with carved garlands and columns in gilded wood, radial veneer and a Namibia marble top.

The bedroom is dominated by the majestic Guirlande bed, characterised by a central medallion. A two-seater sofa and armchairs with shaped backrests and fringes add a refined and distinctive touch. In the study corner, the Prestige desk represents the perfect synthesis of style and functionality. Made of wood with a brush-lacquered finish and a light patination with red gold details, it has a top covered in antiqued leather with golden ornaments, which gives a material sensation to the touch.
