With Jacob & Co. Haute Living, the creative universe of Jacob & Co. opens up to a new dimension. The collection has also been designed to address the scope of branded projects, with the aim of transforming furniture into a tool that brings the character of the brand into lived-in spaces.

Beachfront Living by Ohana marks ONIRO Group’s first project with the new line, just a few months after acquiring the licence. Italian manufacturing culture thus meets a complex residential project, in which flats, villas, penthouses and mansions offer different ways of experiencing the relationship with the Al Jurf landscape.

It is within these spaces that Jacob & Co. Haute Living finds one of its first large-scale expressions. The furnishings produced by ONIRO Group complement the development and bring the brand’s new home identity to a destination suspended between sea, architecture and nature.

Conceived from the outset with branded projects in mind, Jacob & Co. Haute Living finds in Al Jurf a setting that perfectly complements its ethos. The collection forms part of a development comprising 457 residences, spanning a range of scales and layouts, from the intimacy of flats to the greater spaciousness of villas, penthouses and mansions.

Each property type establishes a different relationship with its surroundings. Proportions, openings and proximity to the sea or the nature reserve vary; the furnishings complement these variations and bring the new Home range into the interiors. Not as an isolated element, but as part of a wider residential landscape.

Haute Living furnishings to life and places them within an architectural context where the product is called upon to engage with different environments, dimensions and ways of living. Founded in New York by Jacob Arabo, Jacob & Co. has built its own creative universe at the intersection of fine jewellery and watchmaking, exploring materials, intricate craftsmanship and technical solutions capable of transforming every creation into a field of research. With Jacob & Co. Haute Living, this creative vision extends for the first time into the world of interior design.

The collection stems from a collaboration with ONIRO Group, the licensee responsible for the production and distribution of the range. Italian manufacturing expertise gives substance to this new expression of the brand, translating it into the materials, craftsmanship and construction of the furniture.

At Beachfront Living by Ohana, Jacob & Co. Haute Living takes on the scale of a major residential project for the first time.
