Warm and dark tones, soft lighting, seductive atmosphere. Gianfranco Ferré Home invites us to relax in its new living room – an evocative setting reminiscent of New York’s legendary jazz temples. A lounge with a metropolitan charm and an eclectic, masculine style, where the tailoring and the vintage suggestions of the furnishings meet the smoky shades of the colour palette, played on shades of grey and brown. The strong presence of wood warms the room even further, while the details in brushed bronze finishing brighten up the atmosphere, making it more welcoming and evocative.
In this soul-jazz living space, the sophisticated elegance of the York sofa stands out. A piece of furniture with a metropolitan spirit, in which the simplicity of the design is balanced by the refinement of the tailoring, that enhances the link with the world of men’s fashion. The decorative inserts of the armrest recall the suits of businessmen and their bags. The combination with the Kalamaja armchair – in typical mid-century style, presented this year with a smoky grey frame and suspended seat in black leather – and the Phoenix daybed, with its essential lines and vintage charm, creates a set with a transversal and refined aesthetic. Featuring a slightly angled oval armrest and retro-style feet with a black chrome finishing, the piece is upholstered in dark grey fabric and embellished with decorative belts.
The environment is completed by the Doppler side tables, with their simple and elegant design, the iconic Mini pouf, presented this year with brown nubuck leather upholstery, and the Lapa lamp, inspired by the style of the 1950s.
